description
Tamiya's model of the custom TRB001 sports an excellent factory painted carbon-look shell. Also the first TA04R kit, which has a new stiffer graphite-impregnated moulded tub and several popular hopups (supershocks, spurgear reinforcement, racing front arm link etc).

------------

Kit includes:
-Carbon Reinforced Resin Lower Deck
-TRF Dampers
-Aluminum Rear Bulkhead Beam
-Aluminum Servo Stay
-Universal Shaft
-Urethane Bumper
-5mm Aluminum Ball Connectors
-Medium-Narrow Reinforced Tires Type A
-Medium-Narrow Soft Inner Foam
-TA04 Ball Differentials
-TA04 finned Aluminum Motor Heat Sink
-On-Road Tuned Hard Spring Set
-TA04 Color Stabilizer Set (Front & Rear)
-4mm Hard Lock-Nut & Spacer Set
-TA04 Aluminum Hub Set For Spur Gear
-TA04 Racing Hub Carrier Set
-TA04 Toe-In Rear Uprights
-TA04 Low Friction Belt (Front & Rear)
-TA04 Carbon Upper Deck
-Full Bearing Set (metal-shielded)
-Turnbuckles on all adjustable rods
-CF printed bodyshell AND a clear unpainted shell

Note that Tamiya originally supplied a TA04R carbon-impregnated tub chassis that was a little too long for the belts (too tight). This has since been rectified with a better-fitting version, which includes holes for the battery cells to sit lower. Some "new" tubs were supplied to early owners whose belts were running too tight.
