Had my first RC Car over 20 Years ago with a Boomerang and still love it to bits. Fond memories when I look back at 10+ lads all piled round to my mates house with RC Cars going mental in the cul-de-sac - I bet his Mum & Dad used to go mad with us all trapsing through the house. If I new now how much some of the cars would be worth when we all had them I'd of made sure I would have bought them off the guys instead of selling at £10 on a car boot sale, but hey that's life!!
Now the other side of 30 I still love the hobby because I don't have to save up pocket money anymore to buy Hop-Ups (just don't tell the wife!!).
Run an engineering business in Birmingham www.radshape.co.uk and in December 2009 after 18 months of development launched our own range of RC Hop Up parts with the aim to expand our range across all areas of the hobby. These can be seen at www.radshaperc.com.
