I got my first Tamiya car when I was 12, the original Lancia Rally. Boy if only I had that new in box now. Since that time a number of models followed and I moved onto Kyosho when I raced a couple of Optima Mids at my local club, but eventually the time came when I found that the had grown up. Not sure how or when that happened but it did and the cars got sold on. probably to you lot, hey if any of you have got my cars, could I have them back pleeaase :-) I stumbled onto this site by accident and it really fired my interest in Tamiya again, loved reading the forums and looking at the pics. Cant believe how much of a following these things have now. Just about the same time I found that a good mate of mine had an almost mint Rough Rider gathering dust in his loft. I own that now :-) (god how did that happen) Ive been looking at the site now for a while and before I knew it I seemed to have found myself with an original Ferrari F40, Pumpkin, TT-01 BMW M3, M-02 Porsche 911Carrera! and something tells me the list is going to get better. At the moment these are all new in box. Just waiting for the time when the house and garage mods are sorted and then.......PLAYTIME!. Ive warned the missus that I might be away (in the garage) for some time :-)
