Started off with a sand rover in the early 80's. A few years later I nearly bought a 2nd hand rough rider for £30, but ended up with a new grasshopper instead. Then went to a hotshot, sold that to buy a hornet (Doh!), then sold that to get a second hand hotshot. Went through a variety of cars in the 80s & early 90s, but sold them all to finance the next purchase. Favourite vehicles now are brushless thundershot, a 4x4 Lunchbox I built myself, and a rerelease hotshot with an original HP suspension kit on. Trying at the moment to get through a 2 year build of scratchbuilt King tiger with a scale thickness hull made from steel. Rebuilding the transmission after the first design shredded itself on the first outing.
