Tanker Trailer Timelapse Build
|

movie here
carparkthrasher added: 13/02/2012 14:23:49So after another session of selling off bits and pieces (am now only left with my bashers (Traxxas) runners (Tamiya) and prized builds - Clod, Pershing etc) I decided to add to my truck fleet. The addition of the tanker and with both trailers running motorised support legs means I can unhitch one load and pick up another when running at shows such as LMEE and Brighton. Trailer is kit apart from ball bearings throughout (even in legs) and the Gulf decal set from ebay - very impressed, a bit of soapy water to give time to position and job done. Have added a couple of stick cable tidies to hold the lighting cable when I am about to unhitch - not to scale as such but don't look to out of place - stills show it better. click here for hi-res movie - filesize: 21883586mb |

Absolutely brilliant. Love the video and the Gulf decals are excellent. These big rigsget more and more compelling!
A solid weekend, interrupted by cups of tea and lunch!
Umm how long did that take in real time?
wow.
Jealous you actually have driven it on a purpose built track. None of that where I live... I'm new to the 'Big Rigs' and they are also my new thing! This video does not help!
roadog1aj, I can honestly say that drving the rigs is my new 'thing'! Bashing is great but having driven with the Tamiya Truckin crew on a purpose made layout with curious on lookers then I have to say you cant beat it. Great builds as always from Tamiya
Great build video! Love the time lapse idea! After watching this, I'm hungry for to try my hand at a tractor/trailer build too!
thats a great way of showing a build, i did enjoy that
that was really awesome!
We can do without food surely? Am thinking of selling my organs on the black market, just one more 'fix' honest.............
Great video. After building 1 trailer, I'm really hooked! Your video does not help my wallet, as the Tanker is very nice looking! Wonderful time lapse.
Video above is a bit blocky so check out the hi res if you can!
