IBIFTKH: Reliving my childhood, almost
I am really starting to love these, seeing quite a few original and conversions popping up on here lately and they are all making me envious - especially this beauty. You've done a great job on it. I am also hopeful for a release of this on the WR02 chassis. The WR02 chassis is currently hugely popular in Japan and Tamiya have removed the link to the conversion on their own website so...who knows...finger's crossed! :)

BeetleRacer69: 1 for the daughter
I love the fluo orange colour on it, bet it is even brighter first hand. The stickers are re-re. The stickers are laid out completely different on the sheet. Also there are several ways to tell, one is that the rere stickers have the Tamiya web address - obviously this didn't exist when the original came out and the orginal has a phone number on instead.

Moondoggie: Moko chan stickers & decals
I got the smaller ones too. They're actually old school waterside transfers. I'm going to use them on a mini Lunchbox to replicate my full size one. These will look terrific on the clod, especially a big sticker on the hood.

thebicyclejungle: Super manta ray, just super!
Pretty rare indeed. There's actually a category for this 57708 - only 3 others listed. I much prefer the colour scheme on these over the regular silver colour scheme.

Connor: Broken beetle & broken heart
Thats painful Connor, I'm really sorry to hear that tale of woe. It's so pathetic, It's horrible how people can be so malicious. I no it'll be no comfort but everyone on TC knows what a wonderful job you do of restoring these MBs back to better than original. I suppose the only positive of the whole thing is that you managed to get the bulk of the collection into the loft out of harms way.

Onetenth: Side box-art
Very cool, I love it. Nice to see the alternative box art and I like how the orange you've used perfectly matches the orange on the stripe. Great Job.

mad maz: Is it the 1st staduim blitzer rere on tc ?
Number 2 on TC as there's already one listed here http://www.tamiyaclub.com/car.asp?id=1162 but no.2 still pretty good. I wouldn't be bothered about the customs charge, it's a lottery and like Hoppin Mad says sometimes win sometimes lose. Any idea what the bonus parts are yet?

tamiyaonebay: Supermarine spitfire mk.i
That is fantastic Ted. You really are making some superb quality build scale models, your stuff is in another league. I can't believe you've only recently started making static stuff.

Olly_Lunchbox: Moko chan lunchbox!
I certainly hope so! These stickers are so fun and funky they brighten up any car though they're probably best suited to 'fun' bodied cars like the Lunchbox or Blitzer Beetle or even Japanese bodied M chassis cars. I was thinking earlier how great this would look parked next to your grey Lunchbox with some of your anime figures around them.

thebicyclejungle: Lunchbox porsche?
An original Lunchbox sticker sheet too, not a re-re! I'd heard Tamiya are including a lot of bonus parts now :)

Thanks for all the comments guy, seems to be a lot of love for this crowd pleasing TF. Credit to Muratti for the paint scheme. And yes, I'll be fitting a motor and running it!

I must say the body shape is growing on me and doesn't look bad in the pics. What are the bonus parts indicated on the box?

Swarm: Part of my collection.
Yeah those are definitely Blackfoot tyres but actually they are very hard to find NIB so the sale of those would easily cover the cost of MB tyres (same as Blackfoot Xtreme) and leave you some left over for the gear bag. Have you counted the wheels yet? There should be four - any less and he's diddled you on that too! :)

hot rod: 3 manta rays and 1 madcap ...another project for winter !!
The car with red behind the resistor is a Manta Ray. Thats the gearbox casing and it's probably been donated from a TA01 or Ta02 - it's the same chassis.

Thats terrific. I love custom Lunchbox liveries although you need to get a 'see food and eat it' gag on there somewhere. :)

Supremely cool. Looks like the Matchbox Rollin Thunder toy. What's the makers name underneath?
