| description | This was my first Jeep build and I have to say now I know why these models are so easy to fall in love with. It was a little tricky to mask, but very rewarding. With a little time and patience between coats, different colors and clear - I am very happy with how it turned out. I spent quite some time wetsanding and polishing as well. The details cast into this body are really amazing and I can only appreciate the Jeep even more now, having built one! This has the stock motor and LED's that came with the kit. Thanks for checking out the pics! -Brian

ohhh yeah!!! you know it, C!
Jeeps + snow = fun
Thanks Erich! I put the decal on upside down, as I've seen some on real jeeps and other rigs that say 'If you can read this, please roll me over.' It was just a small detail I put on there to kind of simulate a decal like the ones i've seen on real rigs. Good catch! i try to put small details like this on my builds whenever i can. Thanks again for the kind words Erich!
By the way, what's the story behind the inverted windshield decal?
Again looking at this beauty. Your paint work is awesome, Brian!
Another nice looking YJ. Great job on the paint and masking. The time spent to do it right is worth the results.
Thanks for the nice comments guys! A plow would be pretty cool...hmmmm. Seth, I hope the Jeep doesn't start multiplying (but there is a good chance), as I am running out of room as it is.
I'm not a fan of these Jeep body's but you have made a grand detail job of this one.
Looks great Brian, I obviously love the color choice of red/tan
That thing needs a plow!
Nice job, the body looks fantastic!
Its still one of my first three favorit trucks. Love the red paint and those silver wheels.
I love the Wrangler Jeep! And your example looks uber cool in red. Your paint job is very very nice. This is one of the models I would like to have. They're so realistic! Oh, by the way, there's a TCer that used to sell clean windshields for these ones.
it looks great and I know what you mean about falling in love with them
