description  Finally finished this one. Bl**dy work keeps getting in the way. I have really enjoyed the weathering, patination and battle damage on this, takes a long time though. I also made a base board for her for a bit of contex. Hope you like the finished item, I took it down to the woods today for a vid and will post soon.

Thanks for the great comments, in particular to RcRacer below as his club DAK in Arizona has a fantastic website with superb painting and finishing guides. I was going to do a fairly bog standard paint job until I found their site, then I got inspired and mixed up a few idea's and experiments...... and then it just went on and on to what you see now. The secret is I think to just keep on building up layers and textures. All in all I am very very happy with the result.
