Well you've had a sneak peak already....

But I decided to try my BAJA project front and rear tyres on the ranger. They would only ever been seen on a ranger that was sand racing, obviously not a road tyre.

WOW!!!! its was a gamble, but to me they look awesome.. BUT MAYBE NOT AS GOOD AS THEY DO ON MY SCORCHER!!!

After the success of the SAND BLASTER 315's I created. Narrowing the Scorchers rear tyres was my next project. After putting on some nice rims and do the tyre lettering. I thought they looked great.....
So go on members, let me know what you think.

1 So here we have 16-30-15's on the front and..... 16-50-15's on the rear

If you liked those pictures, you should see these...

Looks great, but your front tyres are on backwards!

Thanks @chef bikes: I know, a few members adviced in that in practice the arrow pattern when fitted in this direction might work better. But they've not been tested yet. (they may never be)

i think the previous wheels are more realistic on the Ranger, these one are great for the Grasshopper or a SRB

Steve, you have become a TC legend mate! These are amazing, totally class! I love the look of 4 rear paddlatraks all the way around, and this is just perfect. If you offer these for sale I will take a pair for sure for my Scorcher. Great to see you move from one superb project to another.

Oh, wow. I know this is about the tires, but can't help to comment on the truck itself. It looks so very good in that color. If it was mine I know I would not change the color. Looks awesome indeed!

Not for the Ranger in my view....but on a Grasshopper, S-Champ, R/R , or maybe FAV it could look and work great!!
A tyre for a buggy i think?
But great work again SRB Bloke you are a smart man!
Lush Ranger too!

That's a bit more like it!! They don't stick out from under the front arches as far as the last set. They look as if they are supposed to be together. A much better solution if you ask me.

Thanks to everyone for your comments on the ranger over the past week, with various wheels and tyres. And to answer a few of you 'I'm definately going into production of these narrow paddles' They will look so cool on so many buggies..

I've just caught up on this build, thumbs up again on this one, I think a sand racing Ranger will be a fantastic rig if you complete it. I hope you do, looks to good a start to give up now!
