description  Now it came true. This Hotshot was in the post today and it came from a fellow TC-Member from the States who has restored the car to nice condition. Basically not so special you may think.... yes basicall, if it wasn't a MK1!!!! YEAH!!!! This is my 4th Hotshot and the first release which is very hard to find! Everything is original, except for the front lower wishbones. So if anyone has a good (or new) MK1 set for me, plesae drop me a mail. Thanks tamtom comments are welcome as usual

I wish I had the correct lower arms. I have the later ones on this HS. So I am looking for correct lower suspension arms.

Nice one Thomas, Doesn't look like its had much use at all. Congratulations!!! Here is a link to the under side of my New Built Mk1. Sounds like you have the correct build suspension arms. [Click here]

Right, got it, will have a look around here for my arms and see what I have. I guess you want NEW arms ONLY, not used.

Tamtom you'll find Chris is comparing the Mk.1 to a re issue Hotshot, not a Mk.2. The lower arms were the same for the Mk.1 and Mk.2, the re issue arms are those from the later Supershot and Hotshot II

@Chash Cramer The difference in the wishbones is the small hole at later models vs a triangular hole at MK1 models. Check out the pictures with the bumper comparison and have a closer look to the lower wishbones. [Click here] You will notice the MK2 has a small 3mm hole instead the triangular opening where the SuperShot front shocks can be attached. So you cannot fit SuperShot front shocks to a MK1.

A 4x4 icon and a cool looking buggy!! This looks great and i am a big fan of box art on the Hotshot! My only quibble is i like the gold wheels on the Hotshot it adds a touch class to its tough looks!! But thats it mate!! Very nice Hotshot bud.
