| description | I got this from ebay some years ago but it's taken me ages to get round to restoring it. It didn't need too many new bits. A new radio plate, MSC, gearbox sides, front & rear damper mounts and some screws etc.. It was one of the most time consuming resto's I've ever done but also one of the most enjoyable. The final result is very pleasing but I do prefer the looks of the Optima and Optima Pro. This Salute was at some point in its past converted to belt drive and I kept that in place. I must say that these are very high quality cars and are a real pleasure to rebuild. I'd recommend it to anyone.

looks great the white is spot on must add one to my collection
thats a good looking salute i think the plain white helps the shape as the box art is very fussy its high time i added one of the optima range to my collection their such a great buggy !
After getting my salute this week I've decided it's one of my favourite kyoshos. It does look nice in white
