| description | Back in the day when I was saving up my hard earned allowance to buy a 2nd RC car, I had a difficult time deciding between the Kyosho Ultima, the RC-10, and the Boomerang. Ultimately I decided on the Ultima, but now 25 years later the Boomerang has finally been purchased. I thought I had missed my second opportunity to get one when Tamiya suddenly stopped selling the re-re about a year ago, but finally I found a nice used one for a good price and jumped on the chance to get one of my all time favorites.

Thanks for the comments. Now that I finally have one, I can definitely understand all the love for the Boomerang, now I wonder why did I ever wait so long to get one?
I would have to say the boomerang is my favorite RC out rite , even that i love my fox just as much , as i still have it . But the boomerang was the one for me , I have a big collection of boomerangs . for NIB to runners too re re's nib to runners . About 10 or so boomerangs i have & by the looks of it you have a great 4wd collection & it is one of the must haves . ' neobrunox ' you forgot the big wig & super sabre haha . for the 4wd collection .

nice looking buggy the boomer and not bad as a club racer too in its day i should add one myself !!
The Ultima & RC-10 are two massive names of the past!! and present! and were Both World Champions!!....so why would you go for the Boomerang!! But now the Boomerang in my opinion is on the same page as these two Legends! The Boomerang is a great in its own right and not too shabby on the track back in the late 80s! I had my best results on the track with my old Boomerang back then! I am a big Ultima & RC-10 fan but also a very fair sized Boomerang fan too!
