description  Bought this avante mkII df03 off ebay as i wanted a more capable modern buggy to stick a brushless in and have a laugh, But its been one of those you dread everything ive touched has gone wrong it was new built never but when it arrived had bits missing which ive had to buy and fit plus they had sprayed the outside of the bodyshell (not very well) so i have resprayed it and fitted a bits of graphics to spruce it up until i can get a new bodyshell and decals all its waiting on at the moment is the brushless to arrive and fit. I think this must have been a first build for somebody.

If you haven't worked with a DF03 before, pay close attention to the rear diff and maintain it regularly. Also watch the metal gear on the top shaft if you run a fast brushless system in it. You might want to invest in some heat sink bars to help with cooling. Also, you might consider adding an O-ring or small spacer inside each front axle to keep each dogbone from chipping the front diff joints.

I do like your paint scheme very smart. A slipper clutch is needed if big power is used
