description  On the 15th of April I drove my TRF201 on a track for the second time, and the first time on a permanent venue. It was just track driving, nothing competitive going down. I broke loads of parts, but I was quick around the track (especially at the end of the day when I had found a good setup) and I had an amazing day. Whilst my batteries were charging and the car didn't need setup changes or repairs I made pictures of the track action. I thought I'd share it with you, enjoy!

Thanks for the answers. The parts are pretty good on the TRF201, but it makes sense parts break when you run into things! I also have a B4 factory team, and I love it as well.

Thanks for the comments, I'm glad you like the pictures @Scoobybooster: I don't have a lot of track experience, but I do know that since my first trackday I don't see a lot of fun in bashing whereas I found the track days the best RC experience I ever had!

@Super Gripper and Speedy w Beans: I broke the L10 part (front bulkhead/shock tower mount) and M2 part (front shock tower in a full speed collision with a 1/16 Traxxas that was upside down on the main straight. I didn't see it, it's grey chassis blended in very well with the clay apparently and by the time I saw it, it was too late. The 1/16 was undamaged by the way (soft/bendy plastics help there)! I also damaged the J6 part (front suspension block) in a dumb mistake/crash early in the day (you see the fence in the background here and there? I veered off course and hit it at high speed with the right front end). For only 3-4 runs (30 mins each) on one day I consider that pretty bad damage, but I really can't complain about the car's durability: I crashed a lot after the jumps (especially early in the day), cartwheeling a lot, but I broke nothing as a result of those incidents, and when parts did break it was clearly bound to happen with any (competition) car. Plus, all the other parts still feel good

Great photos. Just curious, what parts broke on your TRF201?

That looks like a load of fun! Lovely action pics! I know how fun it is to drive a competition buggy on a dirt race track-should do this myself more often but always lacking time

I have been racing mine for ages now and not broken a thing !!!! What did you break ? The TRF201 is a good strong car, it shouldn't break anything unless you crash ..............
