I've got this chassis in the garage,without a clue of it's brand.
Off the top of my head Schumacher did something similar,or maybe it is one? LOL.
The engine is a Thunder Tiger 21R
Any ideas on it's make/model?
Any help would be great!

The chassis plate reminds me of a Schumacher - Desert Storm or something similar?
