| description | My latest purchase/project and a model I've been desperately wanting to add to my collection for a long while. It needs a bit of work but nothing too major, the worst being a crack in the radio tub but I should be able to repair it if I cant find a replacement. I'll also be getting another shell and I'll paint it as close to boxart as I possibly can but I'll keep the rather snazzy Pepsi shell for running duties as I really do like it.
Now then as an interesting footnote I nearly won this car last year on Ebay but was sniped at the last second. I really did think that was the last I'd ever see it. Nice to be wrong once in a while 
P.S the last couple of pictures show my Circuit 1000 collection to date. Just need the Beetle, Sidewinder Pickup and Advance to complete the set.

love these buggys you can pay to much for them 2 advances on the bay just bitsa ones and he wants silly money for them . my advance is taking an age to do but looking good .complete fuel tanks for the advance and assault are like rocking horse ***** to find and the brake disc is hard bit to find too
Yes Mike that's the one. As soon as I saw it I messaged him with a good offer and thankfully he accepted. Perhaps paid too much for it but there you go.
