Let me quickly expelain about this model. This model is a converted Kyosho Pureten GP chassis which has been narrowed and shortened to accept the Tamiya GT2 body. I did not create the conversion. I purchased the car with the white body shown in the pictures below. What I liked about the car was how the conversion still captured the correct stance of the car, nice and low. The conversion also allowed you to use the tamiya body hole locations rather than needing to create your own. Another feature was the exhasut system which is scale and looks very nice.

When I purchased the chassis, the car was a well used 2 stroke car with no options. I converted the car to 4 stroke using a Form conversion , Form 2 speed transmission, carbon upperdeck, cross aluminum head, racey butt sink and lots of aluminum and new parts. The stock exhausted used Silicone rubber tubing routed from the exhaust manifold to the pipes but I made some SS tubing for the 4 stroke motor.

The finished car is below. I will paint a new body in white and a box art Taisan body as well.

This car looks better in person than it does in the photos.

Wow...very very nice. The stance is just perfect, and the four stroke makes the roller look great.I prefer scale road looking cars.
