The idea was to have my Box Art version to look pretty, and then a Mad Max version as a runner since it wouldn't need much work doing to it. Especially as I used the black plastic Blitzer Beetle body, so bumps and scratches wouldn't show too badly.
Thing is... I did end up putting a lot of work into it, because it was so much fun.
I still intend on running this one though.
In fact, I intend on getting GoPro footage of both versions. Both interior and exterior. This is part of the reason I wanted to black out the interior so much.
Anyway. I hope you like this one. It's a restrained Mad Max look compared to some. But like I say, It's meant to be the fun runner.

I modified the driver to suit the Mad Max world Notice the modified expression, wheel and hands The welding goggles were scratch built I think he looks the part 1 The red desert dust is MIG Pigment. Excelent stuff I dusted up the hubs and tires too The side guards were EMA tubing. Worked well. The Dash was the same Shapeways 3D Print again The Visor is scratch built. Gas Can + Lights ebay Fun :)
