Hi all here's my blazer getting a spruce up I've added a co-driver and completed a spare roof I had tucked away!! I've also taken the wheels off the chassis and there bathing in a bath of glycerin this is a top model so it deserves the attention!! I think I'll do my hilux as well anyway enjoy the photos.

Very inspiring. I also have a Blazer on the work bench. What does the glycerin do for the tires? And did you first do the lettering then bathe them?

Thanks puffdog the lettering has been done first in permanent marker ,the glycerin feeds the rubber but you have to leave them soaking for over a week!!! Then take them out and let them air dry for a few days they come out like new nice and supple hope this helps!!!
