Bought off a work mate

I haven't done any restorations in a while, and in fact let my 959 go, which I then regretted. I have all ways wanted a Fox, and so it happened that a few work mates got very interested in collecting Tamiya.. Its that same old thing we've all been through. Drove them as kids, and rediscovered it in a big way,and ebay is now a demon.. Ive been sucked back in by them, and have since got a new 959 project and then I was offered this for £60.. I thought it was a good deal,but ended up getting new wheels, new tyres,new wishbone front and rear, a new nova fox body and driver.. I got repo stickers from MCI racing which are printed on clear and the best i could find... 2 things annoyed me though.. The drivers names were blured. I solved this by buying Nova Fox stickers, as this sticker is identical to the fox one..I rescued the Monroe and Penzoil stickers from the original shell.So its pretty good..The second annoyance,is that Jackman Wheels is missing from the bonnet sticker.A bizarre mistake,which I will solve by adding a Jackman wheels sticker over the top, but haven't got one at the mo.. Sill im pleased with it..i took it for a good run in the old shell and wheels, as I like all my models to have ran before I display them. Its now cleaned up and on the shelf with the new shell and wheels where it will now stay.. Oh and one last thing, when i was looking for I couldnt understand when looking on ebay why the roof stickers were wrong.. When I researched it I found you have to paint the roof silver on an original.
