This is the most high performance Tamiya buggy I ever drove!

description  This chassis is really good! I was surprised when first time drove it. Its aggressive design, very smooth suspension system, toughness and its speed, etc. I believe this must be the most impressive chassis for all Tamiya offroad racers. and I started another project that use this car's excellent drive train for my hornet. (So I had to get another Dark impact.)

Hi Sim san, Daisuke Tsunekawa is one of my old friend. This year, I lost the race by him and couldn't qualify of Toyama District representative. But he noticed that my DF-03 is faster than his car. And I noticed he can drive my car more faster than me. So we decided to tie up on the race. and I lent my car to him and supported him as a mechanic at the race. and we won the race.

Grahoo, did you just win the Tamiya World Championship 2006 or did that guy copy your paint scheme? Looks like the same scheme with different decals. [Click here] [Click here]

Thank you for all, thank you very much, and I'm sorry, I wanna write back for each but I can't because of the acute pain of my right wrist. So, now, I have serious trouble. Perhaps I have to type the keys only by left hand for a few weeks. So sorry.

The white wheels look far far better IMO!

Thank you for your comment. Of course, also the rims in my kit were black. I like black rims too but its replacement rims both OP-880 and OP-881 are white only. One of reason is that, and another reason is visibility. I had to cut the hornet chassis to some pieces and glued that pieces on DF-03 chassis by Methylene Dichloride. After that, I cut an unnecessary part of it. I'm sorry, now I have no pics of my 'Impact-net' except these. But I will add the details after completion.

Why does your Dark Impacts come with white rims and mine had black???? Not that it matters as I love the all black evil look. Just wondering. I love the Hornet DF03 You must show better pictures of how you mounted the ends to the Hornet chassis....details please!

I love the paint scheme on this, best yet for a non-box art scheme. Works well with the blue shocks and white wheels.
