| description | Received it today! Made a first test run everything stock: Quiet and quality feel, looks very good, the shell is actually very nice from all angles...!
The tires are also very nice, they are (ProLine like)-soft and sticky, no inserts - but seems okay actually! Very quick servo, but need faster motor; Will try fitting my left over Hyperion YC22S- 6000 kV brushless motor and will try fitting some Kyosho Mini Inferno Alu dampers I have. (I´ll leave the Aeriation dampers in the box for now...)
All in all a very good first impression! I feel that this great litle truck is going to be one of my absolute favorites.
Two of the pictures shows the Wild Boar against the Mini Inferno and Mini-T
I´ll also fit some pink upgrades; Turnbuckles and motor plate with transp. cover. This will match the pink detail on the body. :-D
Last picture is the beautiful Hyperion BL motor - they have really well crafted cans.
UPDATE! Did not fit Kyosho dampers; they would limit alternative mounting positions++. Fitted the Aeriation dampers instead. I removed the travel limitiers on the dampers to allow more travel (even increased the ground clearance) Comparing damping action with my Mini-T(pretty dialed in) I will fill thicker damper oil in the rear dampers, as provided oil is a little light for the rear - will depend on suface/track!! Othervise springs provided with dampers seems ok, maybe a little stiff in front.
(I´d like a offroad car to drop a little down on the dampers/springs when resting on its own weigth)
UPDATE! I switched the rear damper oil to Tamiya´s yellow soft oil, changed the front springs to the black(soft) optional springs and WOW! it really made a difference, tried some jumping from a 15cm high ramp indoors - it jumped and landed with smoothness and ease. Now it´s ready for some more motor...

rhenbelz: I thought I´d get a video of it with brushless...but I´ll have to wait for dry weather - and Norway isn´t the place right now - it´s not raining - it´s pouring!
Cool, an agressive looking TamTech. Get some vids with the brushless
