Needed: 8mm alu tube, 7,5mm drill, 0,8mm plastic card (depends on thickness of saw blade), saw.

Drill out the alu tube to get a thinner wall (8mm-7,5drill=0,25mm wall thickness). Cut the tube with a saw but not to the end, leave about 1,5mm. Paint the inside matt black or dark grey. I polished the outside to give it a nice metal shine but you can leave it flat if you want, either way works.

Secure the alu tube with the plastic card onto the body (it's press fitted now). Some glue will help when you want to use it for driving.
