| description | Well, it isn't a Tamiya, but ever since my best friend bought a FG Monster Beetle, I have been wanting one so bad. This is a 1:6 scale rear wheel drive monster Beetle with a 2 stroke 26ccm fuel engine (like a chainsaw). At full throttle it does over 110 km/t and weights about 13 kg.
Last weekend my lovely wife, told me that she could sponsor me with half the car since it's so expensive. A great birthday present, even though it costed me the Toyota Land Cruiser kit that she originally planned to buy =)
Since I'm totally into Tamiya's, I had to at least paint this one like a Tamiya buggy. Some 1:6 scale Scorcher decals would be great. Took it for a spin yesterday, and I can ensure you that it's worth the money! I will take some running pics later.

Hehe, I don't think I'll try to fire this one up in my neighborhood. I have heard of a guy getting one of these in his leg, and he spent 6 months at hospital with his leg broken at three places...No, this needs big space
