description  I got this one nearly a year ago. I left it in a corner waiting to be restorated. I finished the Porsche today and run it a few minutes indoor – but without the shell The car is not fast, because of the gear ratio. The chassis was completely disassembled and the parts are polished. I put black painted cardboard behind the silver sprayed wheels. I think that looks more realistic. I didn't know what to do with the body. When it arrived, the original decals were already put on and after that it was painted with clear lacquer, but not perfect. The decals are a little yellowed, because of time. Should I put of the decals and paint to give it a look like fresh from the factory ? NO ! The car has in my opinion now a realistic effect of a real 32 years old sports car with patina. What do you think?

DON'T TOUCH ! An unrestored model in this condition is so much nicer than a clinic perfect restauration. So authentic and beautifull.Magnificient...

The car looks great! I agree with you, do not over restore it. The polished chassis although very nice never looked like this when new. One of the cars I am still after btw.
