| description | Here is an 'Evan' head painted. My colleague Daniel Cockersell has done it again, he's had a bit of fun with this one adding flying mud and a hand painted skull on a nasty matte black helmet. Once again I wet myself when Dan revealed this to me |

LOL! I almost get the creeps when I see this thing! :-D
ah shucks Jason, to be honest I don't know how Dan sculpts these, there is a new one in the pipeline that I'll look forward to releasing! How great would it have been if Tamiya wanted to release my heads with their re-re's, I can only dream!!!
I have a few of this particular sculpt and I am still amazed at the level of tiny details. Definitely a million times better than the Tamiya offering. It's a credit to you James.
True art! I'm blown away by this!!! How on earth do you manage to do those tiny details?!!!
Gotta love the skull!!!! Looks like a Harley-Davidson helmet-----
I wish I had one of these for my Striker, would soop it up perfectly. I will have to get some of these myself.
Cheers for the fine comments, Photoshop free unless you count the lighting adjustments! I'd like another Striker but I'm toying with turning my Buggy Champ from the photo comp into a really nasty looking matte black ride! I'm working on some more components at the moment
I'd absolutely love to see a really mean Striker paint job to match this driver. It would be unique I'm sure.
simply amazing!
Muck Fe!!!!! Don't unscramble that but that was the first reaction when I saw this. Not fond of foul language but geez like James that is freakin fantastic work. Holy moly I am astonished by your colleague's work. Looks like a photoshopped image. FANTASTIC post!!!!!!
Jawdropping.... 100% perfection. Now Tamiya has to move on in making more realistic looking RC cars to suit these driverīs heads
Fighting face indeed!
Wow! Wow! Wow! i want. This is the muts nuts!
Cool Seth! I haven't sat down to really have a proper go painting one up myself as yet... I may well not show Dan my first few attempts!
Oh wow James and Daniel that guy looks real...I can hardly wait to get my hands on some of those heads to put behind the wheels of my cars. I don't think i can ever match the paint work but with you guys great painting book to help me I'll try
Astounding! I can only aspire to achieve that kind of skill one day!
Well this is scary !!(LOL) So real, unbelievable very nice. Cheers Alex
Oh, Wow!!
Superb
The amount of detail in these is just unreal... no I mean its so real... oh you know what I mean
Daniel's work is truly amazing indeed, a cut above.
Awesome work - I can't believe the realism
Sweet paintwork! sombody has skilz.
The eyes really are something else! Was Motorstorm an influence in the colour scheme at all?
very very very nice! but for him it's a piece of cake, considering how he paint all those great forgeworld figures
Really funny to see these pictures together; The first pictures make it look like the head/helm is like at least 15cm in diameter, but the last picture shows that tiny, tiny little head
Amezing looking paintjob. How did hey do the weathering!
Having painted a few of these marvellous heads, I just can't figure out how he does it. He must be from another world or...wait, I know, he is 6 inch tall.
amazing..i wish i had a friend to paint mine that good
fantastic !
Another Eyecatcher again..... You are so LUCKY to know this guy!
This is properly amazing!!! Those look alive!
Yes, Google him and you will see more of his amazing work! I got to know Daniel better after he mentioned he had a Hotshot at home
His work is amazing, those eyes look real. Do you have any pictures from his main line of work - is it Games Workshop figures he sculpts+paints?
Awesome! I just can't figure out how you guys even manage this kind of work! I take my hat off. And off. And off.
