description  Finding this car is probably harder than finding gold in a Belgian river. If we can believe some very experienced collectors it was produced less than 1 year befote Tamiya took it out of production with the new chassis. But 1 month ago a very rare opportunity came to me.I was looking on the web for another car and this was for sale...in Mexico(local website).I send a mail to the seller and after some weeks he gave me his international count number only. Some times you just have to take some risks.Yesterday after 1 month this car was at my door (without postman and signature as this was not a tracktable item).I opened the box and the car was very complete and everything was just perfect.Somethimes it just happend. It makes the average with all the car I paid to much

Thank my friend for all your kind comments.I think eveyone somethimes have some luck and of course this is complete part of the fun collecting Tamiya's.Finding the car you didn't had for a good price is pure pleasure. This makes the average with all the one dammadged, too expensive or just lost and I have a nice collection too of this but I only share happy moments. This is a pleasure site, not the daily news. Rare or not this car will be build and sertainly drive once for the fun (but only on clinic carpet)I think painting the moulded engine seems like a kind of challenge, after my painted holliday buggy I am not affraid any more.

You should start a course titled 'How to become a lucky chap!'. I'll enlist for sure!
