Well this is my first nitro car / truck .When I got this it was a rolling chassis - no engine .I stripped the chassis down to the last nut and bolt and cleaned everything. I bought some new bearings and parts as needed and bagged a good engine from the Bay .It has a Roto-start for easy starting .I must say although this is a small truck compared to most nitro's out there this thing really rips .I have a 100cc tank on the way , so that will go in when it arrives .All in all a lot of fun

I had one of these, and as you say, they really go... I tuned the motor too lean until it siezed, so be careful.

Kev, thats a nice looking truck you got there. I like everything that HPI makes. There a great co. I bet it hauls azz. Nice paint job too. Did the body come painted? Anyhow, I foresee a lot of fun in your future

Great truck these. You are gunna have barrels of fun! Change the air filter to a larger aftermarket unit. The small stock ones block up pretty quickly.

Awesome truck. Ive never really been into trucks untill i see this one.

Make sure the diffs are shimmed properly to pro long life of the diffs. The 18SS metal gears are really strong and will take abuse. The part number is HPI86336 if you ever blow your ones

also if your running a stock motor, try and get a 18ss outlaw. This engine is really punchy and has loads of top end

single gear speeds of over 40 mph
