I thought this shot was one of the better illustrations of bashing I have taken. Both vehicles have a great number of hours of work and effort put into them, but it only takes a few seconds of 'heavy use' to break something! The Sand Scorcher lost a mirror and the Hilux bent a leaf. All in good fun! :)

That's a great action shot!
SHY69
Very, very good shot! And the cars both look very realistic AND very heavy!!! :-D
Wyoming
sweet Jesse you picked one of these pics, those were so hard to get timed right for air and landing was tough on the cars I recall but wow what a great result, the damage to my Scorcher was worth it ...since I just weathered it in lol! Very nice shot!
CASE1

Thanks a lot guys! It's always too much fun to play with these things, even if the risk seems high. Glad the photo entertains!

Awesome shot Moondoggie, looks like some sort of post apocalyptic death race

Mr. Tamiya would approve. Not only was this what RC cars were made for [fun-filled afternoons of hard use] but it also makes him more money when things break, LOL. I bet you both had big grins on your faces. One question though: if Seth was driving the bug and you were taking the pix, who was driving your truck???

Awesome Jessie! That sure is going to be hard to beat, great skills!
california
great shot, but the direction of the jump of both looks like they will 'meet' at landing ? they get closer and closer, or ?
Challenger-RT
a fantastic shot of two fantastic cars!
Road Burner
Nice pic!!
brendogs
now that is cool they look brillant well done have fun
Moondoggie
Thanks for the comments guys! Seth was driving both vehicles while I took the picture. They hit each other a number of times on landing as well as in the air.
Crash Cramer
Okay Jesse, thanks for blowing us all out of the water setting the bar so high. I gotta see a photo of Seth driving both cars. PLEASE??!! I think this would have been a fine entry in the competition a few months ago with the MadMax kind of inspiration, but the first thing that came to mind when I blew the picture up was 'Cue the Duke Boys'
BeetleRacer69
Seth deserves an award just for driving two at the same time. Great pic.

I wouldn't have bothered entering the competition if I had seen this earlier....

Thanks a lot guys! Now I had better get posting updated pics of this truck... It's going through another partial rebuild phase. Hopefully it's going to look even more post-apocalyptic than before.
