Sweet Mini you have there, myself I have one I just built with the golf body, now I'm hooked on these. I don't have the pro vers but I did get some new works dampers for it.

What a gem, literally, looks like an emerald in that green. Is that a chrome separate piece grill?? It looks like it to me, but my eyes are getting older than me.

@Crash Cramer, Yes your eyes are sharper then you think! it's a Vintage Body Shell, with Chrome parts (grill, bumper), side mirrors.. and looking for my oil caps... I think i have one some where!

hdbui69, If you EVER put that decal on the roof, you would know why it is missing, VERY TRICKY working with such a large decal to get it right, almost better to leave the roof white IMHO, but then I am no decal master, heck, I don't even paint my own cars, yet. Almost all the decals on a mini take loads of patience to get on there just right and I don't blame anyone who doesn't take the time to do so as it is a major source of frustration. I don't know how my wife put up with me the week, YES a WEEK, I took to decal my Mini in the evenings when I was winding down from the day of work.

Since it is so old, would you remember the color code you painted it?? If so, please tell me as well as any backing colors you have done to bring that brilliant green paint out.
