I haven't done much with RC the last year but still follow whats going on...when i saw the Bigwig was back I ordered it and got it built right away. I wanted this car so bad as a kid when I drove a friends back in about 1987. I don't generally do box art but I love the box art on the wig so I did it that way with a few minor personal touches. Anyway took it out for its test drive today since I never have a shelf queen very long:) I built it stock with the lower gearing option, used some basic radio gear and had to say it runs great, perfect speed for me with the 25t motor, not to fast not slow but a nice speed for tooling around without fear of tearing it up. I had no problems other than the antenna posts getting loose but a little thread lock fixed that. I think I may have to build a second one of these ;) The lighting was not great for pictures today but I got a few action pics. I'll try for better ones with some air shots later

-New built for a few hours -poser -poser -gotta run it -what a fun buggy -I love it -empy brass and shotshells everywhere lol

Beautifully finished model, im really tempted by one of these, and what a fantastic place to run it. In England I can only dream of such freedom.

Nice Bigwig! One of the best Tamiya boxart color combinations IMHO. Pic 1 is perfect for a poster.

thanks guys, its a large area of Public land about ten miles out of town used for target shooting, mud bogging, Motocross, etc. Usually very windy but today was calm and it was above freezing and very nice for running a car
