Doyusha 1/12 Countach LP500S

UPDATED picture - Nearly finished building, some more detail on the paint work to do.


So pleased about this eBay purchase. I've been watching these for a long time to see if one would come up at a reasonable price.

This part build model come up but had the glass missing.
I had a little bid and won this at an extremely reasonable price. Some times you just get lucky on the bay.

There are so many parts its hard to check what is there and being part built, it would take hours to look at each part. However, it really does seem that everything but the glass is there.

I plan to do it in the proper red and have already passed the real Lamborghini paint code to a paint shop to get 500ml. This will also be good for my Tamiya Countach project which I will do to the RC Guide spec.

I have read many good things about this model and a few negatives, but I have to say the details are simply impressive.

Looking forward to getting started on this, I know it will be a very long project.
