This is both new built, and a runner. I came across it at my local RC track, where the owner was breaking it for spares.
I just had to rescue it and make it into a complete car, which has taken a quite a while.
I have been using it with a runner shell and F104 foam tyres/wheels at the track. I modified the steering a little to take out most of the slop,
but I'm still struggling to make it work. I don't think it likes carpet tracks. Too much grip.
I must run it outside sometime to see if it handles tarmac ok, but not with the shell and wheels pictured here.

Beautiful. I think I cried a little...it's...it's wonderful...
The driver figure and the lightbuckets add so much realism, and I bet it also drives pretty good.

Thanks for the nice comments. @_OLIK, it drives ok for an '80s chassis, but the weight is too high up for a smallish carpet
track with loads of grip. They seem to go well outside where they can slide around a little from what I've seen on youtube, but I've not tried that yet.

Ouch that's really hot - never seen one of these before but the colours and paint scheme is just like the box are Can Am Lola which is one of my all time favourites. What a shame it would have been to break it up. Enjoy and have fun racing
