Javelinmeister
My newly built rerelease Kyosho Javelin in Jägermeister livery. Got to say the quality of Kyosho's kit is impeccable. The parts are high in quality and worth the $$. For my Javelin, I have installed a set of vintage Turbo Optima's shocks with front rear anti-roll bars and under guard. More like a Turbo Javelin now. The wheels are stock kit with the wheel inserts painted in gold and finished with vintage RPM gold wheel nuts. For the driver, Its a modified Sand Scorcher figure with added goggles, the original kit driver is a bit too robotic. Small details were added too like a small windshield and extra tubes at the A-pillar. Overall, happy with the buggy. Glad that Kyosho rereleased this buggy.

Nice! Very nice actually. The gold and other details just make the car stand out. Really nice paintjob on the driver also, and the goggles. What motor is included?

Great build! I ordered green and yellow re-re cages for my original.

Thanks Guys, @Tamiyastef, the kit doesn't include any motor. The motor in my Javelin is a vintage Nikko Gold Top 240se.

Outstanding work buddy the little details make all the difference, a great looking car. Will you run it? Cheers Paul

Thanks Paul, I will run it but with another set of body and modern wheels.
Awesome job well done, did you paint the wheel inserts yourself, if so, what type of paint?
dr.roberts
Thanks, of course I painted it by myself, with good old Tamiya X12 Gold Leaf. Cheers.
Lovely looking buggy, great job!

Such a beauty, your added extras, like driver or small front window are the cherry on the cake! Simply built with Passion, no doubt, love it!!
