I have started to develop a growing faible for Tamiya Nitro's and as such been collecting some of the lovely 1:8 TGX 'Big Scalers'.
Here i start with a rare TGX MkI TS Chassis kit which has the Novarossi CX-12 engine included. For me, besides the 44015 TRF Special (which i don't have yet) this is the most appealing kit of the 1:8 Nitro Onroad series.

yes, the community of interests for nitros here is still manageable But there are real experts, like Adam, he is a walking encyclopedia, he thinks he sleeps with a nitro motor under his pillow. LOL

I think it's great. More and more people seem to be collecting Tamiya nitro now and adding to their collections. It's under the pillow, just in a velvet bag!
