The Golden Gate
This is my entry for the Scooby World Tour photo competition. I live just on the other side of the bay, so it wasn't really much of a journey to get to this spot. This location is actually the Marin Headlands, just outside of San Francisco. It's a nature preserve, so even starting my TGX is probably not permitted. Shame, it seems like a great place to 'rally'!
* UPDATE * Thank you very much to all who voted for my pictures. I personally understand how difficult it was to vote for three out of so many well done entries. I really feel welcome to your club and deeply appreciate all of the comments and kindness I have received from members. You guys rock! I've been a long time observer of TC (from the beginning?) and just recently found the time to subscribe and set up a showroom. What a welcome!!! Friendly, well spoken, and knowledgable folks like yourselves make this club the awesome resource that it is. But it's more than just that ... for me, Tamiya Club is the only place that I can share my love of RC modeling with people that understand the 'obsession.' That's right! An 'obsessive compulsive disorder' has taken the place of where my 'hobby' once was- thanks to those of you who are not critical of this behaviour- but instead support and praise my insanity! Cheers to all!!!
BTW- I wanted to add another round of thanks to Chris (NetSmith) and ModelsportUK-
Thank you for continually providing fun and creative ways for
us to display our work! Please keep it up!!!

How did I miss this Steve, yeah fantastic!
Thanks Seth - It's only been a couple of years, but it's funny to look at this entry and see how much the hobby has changed for me. I don't think I've taken my TGX to the track once this entire summer! Thanks for reminding me - I might just have to stop at the track this weekend
