Running my Pumpkin hard over the years had taken it's toll on original boxart shell. Various scratches and cracks were making the shell less than attractive plus I was getting bored with the black and flames. I therefore decided to do something totally different and use a shell that I was unable to strip the paint off. This would be the basis of the anti-bling Pumpkin, a shell which would get better the more damage it had.

It was already looking pretty wartorn but was soon to look much more haggard in the hands of a drunken Brat Attacks who got busy with a lighter the night before the Kent Bash. This coupled with the work I had done that night also under the influence has left me with what you see here. It's not pretty but I think it really suits the truck and is perfect for its role as chief basher.

Rust never sleeps and bashers will always take beatings! The best Pumkin I ever saw I think. Once I saw a Pumkin body at TC that had been build as a static scale wreck that looked fantastic. But yours is also a runner! Really gives me ideas for the future of my F-350 XC. Thanks!

I'm rather liking it with yellow wheels. l say keep them or dust them lightly with matt black.

Still tempted to go to town with the primer on them, lol.

...well I reckon the wheels should be dirty/rusty yellow as un-bolted from a derelict earthmover.

Cool looking Pumpkin! it sorta reminds me of the old pick-up in the animation movie CARS.

Oh this is awesome! It's the Rat Rod Pumpkin! Now one of my favorites for sure, all you need now are some rusty black wheels and whitewalls!

Sweet! I quote Mater from the movie Cars: 'What's wrong with rusty old cars?' Very well done!
