E-Bay Buy £36

I bought this off good old e-bay yesterday, could not believe no one else bid on it, as I had been watching it for a few days. It was not far from me so I picked it up. He was a real nice guy, the car had been run once on grass so is as new, the only thing that let it down was that the windows had been painted and the spotlights were not fitted. Got to work with the nitro fuel and got the paint off the windows best I can, then polished them with fine grade wet and dry paper and finished off with T Cut and polish. Looks so much better, loads of work but worth it, spots on as well now, still cant believe I got the car, box, tools, esc £36, This was my first Tamiya car back in 1983, remember being in the shop and trying to make my mind up between the frog and the Rough Rider but the Frog won, took it every where with me, used to wear the tyres in half on the front, I can remember a lot of good times with this car.
