Mean Machine
I'm absolutely not a buggy fan, but this one really got me hooked: The brawling Bear Hawk!
I know, this has been done several times before, but the square edged body simply screams 'stealth fighter'!
So I painted the body flat black with gunmetal tubings, painted the wheels flat black (larger fronts), and used only black parts for it (springs, motor, heat sink, etc.). Added the fabulous Carson All Terrain tires, turnbuckles and DF-03 CVD universals and there is my favorite runner!

How good does it handle with those tyres? I ordered a set for my Desert Gator and can't wait to see what they do on a Tamiya 2WD buggy!
Dante77
It turns very good, on pavement and dirt. Traction is good on dirt, o.K. on pavement. You need to add inner sponges to the rear though.

yep i remember seeing this on rcu beside my goldpan
rc10. Dante put his heart and soul into this project
then took it bashing in some gravel in his front yard.

This is my favorite Bear Hawk I've seen.

Thank you! Its prety beat up at the moment after some brushless treatment. But it will return to former glory soon!

Black and mean looking! Some golden lettering would look good on that like the one on the Porsche GT3.

I think you might have mail again . Have I told you how much I love this car? Hey, are they Carson wheels & tyres? C..
Dante77
Thanks, C! The tyres are Carson. The rear wheels are Bear Hawk, the fronts are cheap aftermarket I had to adapt.
