RichMan's Batman Batmobile
Being that the Batman movie (Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson, Kim Basinger) is one of my all time childhood favorites, I just had to have this amazing model, the body is just fabulous. The tires have no wear and the body only carries dust. I need to figure out lights for this thing because first off, that would put this model over the top, and second, there are open holes where lenses should be.
Update: While watching the second season of Robot Chicken, I think they used this model in the Batman sketch! Am I wrong? I have also decided to try and install an Estes rocket motor (D size) to the chassis/body. I hope for it to have a switch for ignition at full throttle. Ideas?

Pretty crazy sculpting job on this bodyset. When do you install the flame-throwing option out back?

Yikes, I AM OLD if that movie version is from your childhood. I remeber the TV show with the Cartoon type bubbles that said BAM, POW, ZAP. Nice car, just needs Drew Carey driving it around.

So cool! The real one was based on a Vette chassis if I remember correctly.

This baby looks like it can do 1000mph. But the real thing can only do 30mph

There actually was a factory light kit available for this car, try R/C Car Kings, I think they still sell these.

The light kit is very hard to find as the company sold them seperately through mail order. They should have had them factory installed into all of their models.

Very nice! Mind you though, I think it's 'BachMan' not 'RichMan'

Just checked, it's RichMan's.
