'Back on the Track' - TRF Racing Sand Scorcher
This used to be an Offroader, but after years he's back on the track again - as Onroader.
This is my TRF-Racing Scorcher, which uses an original Sand Scorcher body on a heavy modified TA04SS TRF tuned chassis, with modifed wheelbase (How to can be seen by following the link below).
Those pics were not easy to get, because i didn't want to drive it again, but then i didn't regret it :) -
what do you think? :)

since i restored it, it was packed in a box with many plastic around it for save boxing. - i often wanted to drive it, but since no rc was installed and i feared driving it, it stayed in it's box and only my little daughter used to play with it, when daddy was not at home. (She often took it out of the box, when i was at work). Then i found a nice little track with a long straight a new black asphalt. I thought over it, that some pics would look good (yellow, red, green and black asphalt) and so yesterday i've had a holiday and installed some rc, called my brother in law, who also had a holiday, and then we drove this Bug. (It got an RZ motor with a gear rating of 1:5,7) Speed was really fast but conering was not a good, as i found not the right setup, but i really enjoyed driving it.
Thanks for great comments, guys - Maybe i'll drive it again on some sunny sundays

I've said it before and I'll say it again 'your showroom is one of the best on this site with all your models inspirational to say the least' without doubt one of my favourite cars. Love it.

Fantastic, it looks like it should be at a VW show as an ex race car or something. The icing on the cake would be an engine detail and driver. really like this and it's giving me ideas for yet another project.
