'Hyper Detailed Head Ray'
Just received the images of my Wild One Reproduction head which has been sculpted and painted by my friend and colleague Daniel Cockersell... Saw it in the flesh the other day and I completely lost it... It's GORGEOUS!!! The glistening in the eyes is painted too!!! He'd spent quite a number of hours on it and it shows... The details in the sculpt really allow you to paint it to very high detail... I asked if he'd paint some more... he's reluctant... simply because of the time involved (10 hours approx!!!) I'm very fortunate to work with some very talented individuals!!! Dan's right up there with the best in the world!

I just googled your work and see that Weta Workshop has won multiple academy & BAFTA awards including best visual effects for their miniatures on LOTR. Your fairy lucky to have that all that knowledge and experience at your fingertips. You and your friend have done an incredible job with this character.

That is truly awesome James. I have done a side by side comparison of one of your repros with an original tamiya item and must admit that there are so many subtle changes that make your repro item by far superior. Did I hear a rumor that Avante/Avante2001 items may be on the cards soon?
