Well another birthday came and went and my lovely misses bought me this .I think she got the hint that I wanted it as every time we went past Modelzone I would go in and stand in front of the display cabinet drooling like a complete idiot - worked a treat though ;)
i love the ford capri, i remember my dads brand new met gold 3.0s capri, back then it was a real head turner, got my eyes on a mint 2.8 special going for sale right now!!, great buy i would love to get my hands on this model
It is the 1;18 version RB - the smaller 1:43 scale looks good too .but not as much detail .I have my eye on the 2 MK1 Escorts 1:18 that they do .If I win the lottery ,I'll buy all of them LOL
Thanks GP, yes I love the Escorts - the MK1's are awesome . I also have a smaller 'Haynes manual' edition box set XR3 in white with cloverleafs like I owned back in the day - love it - I have the Bullitt Mustang too amongst others - my mancave is rammed !!
