I'm lucky enought to have found a really nice '82 Toyota pickup, thought it might be fun to share with you guys and may even be useful as a reference!, Rich
Very cool, repleat with the decals of the day. It doesn't surprise me to see a good looking older truck like this in the Austin area. I guess I can convince the wife to let me look you up the next time we are in town and she can go hang out with her girlfriends.
wow you don't see them like this very often, I've never seen one that wasn't rusted since I was very young and they were still new, they just fall apart in the snow climate areas.
Hey somthing is realy wrong there the stearing wheel is in the wrong place should be on the other side mate. lol nice looking truck i remember seeing a fue of these rolled in my time by mates of mine why i had a modified subaru wagon L series 4x4 yes i and talking real cars also.
but for its age this has to be in stunning condition has it been restored ?
thanks for showing us
regards corrie
thanks for all the great comments!, the truck had one owner until late last year - 120K miles and garaged too which really helps. No frame rust you normally see on these trucks, although the body has been repainted well recently - i can see signs of some bed rust, but nothing significant - the beds on these trucks are usually the first to go.. Crash cramer, and anyone who visits Austin - look me up! Rich
