Drove 5 hours turnaround to pick this up. It was a NIB, but not for long! My first Tamiya 3 speed, really looked forward to building this! :D And after 30 hours, it's built! Plan on getting the obligatory trailer with motorised legs and tail lights in future

-seems it was sold by our friend Jason @ JR-RC! -*enter high pitched long choir note as box opens* -Duffman says 'Ohh Yeahh' :P

Nice one! I'd love one but room is at a premium... Going boxart or going to design a cool scheme?!

the full op kit is defo the best one to get. I really enjoyed building mine. Just take your time and watch the manuals as they dont cross referance so if you start the truck then do the multi function you have to do so dissassembly. Best to have both manuals side by side - good luck and enjoy..

Awesome! now you need the multi function unit for lights and sound and a sweet polished oil tanker.

Thanks guys! Beetlelover, I've ended up going with black TS14 instead of the dark blue mica TS64, but will get my signwriter to make up some custom logo's for the doors at some stage.
Zakspeed, yeah I forgot about the control unit until just after putting the gearbox in, and I had to put the fog lights in the motor/servo harness at the last minute, woops! Slimmy she's the full operation kit, so the MFC is in there. A trailer is on the cards, but I'm undecided which at present

Thanks Stu! Yeah they are definitely a great truck especially with all the bell's and whistles attatched! I would love a king, and agree that they are a fovourite for good reason (they are gorgeous!), but I'm thinking about a globeliner as a next rig and make it into a logger.
