58027 Ford F150 Ranger MK.1

Up for grabs is a sweet Ford Ranger project. It's the very rare early Mk.1 model with the small front fenders and the extra deep dish front wheels.
Everything on this car is original vintage, except the front bumper and the tyres.
The chassis is nice, seen hardly any use. The radio box has a small crack. I've painted the front wheels Tamiya racing white to match the rear wheels, since they had been yellowed over time.
The body overall is nice and mostly complete (some screws missing), with the original clear windows and the front arches intact, which is very rarely seen with this model. The body itself is split on the roof and across the rear bed, which I stopped by drilling two small holes in it. This should be an easy fix and clean up very nice.
There is some old radio equipment mounted, which I don't know if working and going to leave in there. The rear window is not in the pics, but included. So are new side decals, which I had custom made. The usual repros won't fit due to the short arches.
All in all a very nice project and a very rare one too.
