Looks great, the Tan top also works great, to many people paint them black on a yellow jeep and its just to much (for me anyway) with the black flares the tan balances the colors much better course I've had maybe a dozen of these jeep bodies and have never done one of the roofs in black so I may be biased
Yes, there was huge temptation to paint it black, but once I'd got the yellow down I thought the black would look too fake - and with my preference for black n yella, that took some deciding
Lovely work Andy! I like the mods to the tyre thread and also all the Junfac fruity bits - they make grand accessories and are also reasonably priced. I will be incorporating a few of your and Wyo's ideas with the radiator and rear bumper when assembling mine.
Put them in the fridge when you have done one side - the rubber cuts a lot better when it's cold
And save a few lugs as patches - if you go right thru you can superglue em on from the inside
I use nail clippers to easily remove the tyre nubs and the results have been consistent and very good.

Great work on it. You got the inspiration from wyoming but why not painted those frontlights on the outside! It match better by the rest of the yello color, see my yello Jeep too, and my others! For the rest great work on all the extra parts and detail. Looking forward to some good outdoor shots.
Cheers chap
Proline used to make a lexan round-lens shell, but I've never seen a hard-shell version, which is a shame, 'cos I think the round-lens looks a lot better

Very cool Jeep -
I need to see bigger mudterrains (higher Wall) on it, or 1,55 rims.
Like it is now, I´m not going to let You take it Offroad

This wasn't inspired by Wyoming, I took one look at his Jeeps and thought they were way beyond my skill level but pinched his bumper idea
I didn't paint the front lights as I don't like them painted - to me, spots are an extra that aren't usually colour-matched to the body

Stunning fella! I love these in yellow, I seem to remeber some one did a headlight conversion to the round lenses (TJ Style) any ideas who?
