Cool Blue
I didn't like the look of these for a long time and had no intention of getting one. I thought the Hilux was a better option. Then, one day, as I was surfing the bay, this came up. Hmmm... that's not bad I thought and set a snipe on it. Well next thing you know I'm the proud owner of a Blazer!
I have put thus in the 'Restored' category, but it is not really. It is not new-built either, it is just in damn-fine-original condition, but there is no 'Damn-fine-original' category. The chassis and wheels have been polished and the paint and decals are immaculate, the driver even has a very faint 5-oclock shadow. No cracks or scrapes, no bent bumpers. I am only the second owner.
As you can see it has the optional shocks installed. If you look closely you might notice that the hubcaps are not the standard black plastic. They are in fact cast alloy replicas! Very nice.
Since I have a new camera that can handle sunlight without turning everything a washed-out blue colour, I have taken a few of these out in the yard. Looks much better.
I'll post a few more pics in my TCphotos showroom here:

I think if we petition to TC boys upstairs they might agree in adding the 'Damn-Fine-Original' category! I was just like yourself, never liked these kits preferring the Bruiser but it's grown on me. But check out the colour on yours! Fan-bloody-tastic! Hope that didn't offend anyone lol
