this is just for the pleasure of your eyes as this one is probably already sold.
I had once the occasion to grab a gold chassis complete with UJ's and everything and had in mind that is should deserve a special treatment. after a few month I had a pro painter work on 4 optima repro bodies and here is the result.
I have to say that I'm particularly proud of the white lettering on the tires because it was my first time and I didn't screw it up ! thanks to I-don't-remember-who on TC for giving me the technique to paint on tires
:)

you have to use a small philips screwdriver to paint the tires.

Looks great! I use a tooth pick to do my tires and it works great.

My favorite of the optimas, very nice clear pics. Look great in boxart and the gold chassis tops it off. Nice one!

Beautiful pics and paintwork!
I use an extra thin brush to paint the tires?

freyahel you have a beautiful optima collection. I hope my collection turns out as nice. They are very expensive to piece together out of nip part. I have found that buying salute kits is the best and cheapest way to get a full option chassis to put together.
